Delivery and set up cost is $300 for metro areas.

Delivery cost offered is for ground level only, additional cost for upstairs is $100.

Order will be dispatched within 5 business days when order received.

Return

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change of mind return.

Exchange or refund due to health concerns with a letter from qualified medical practitioner are accepted within 7 days.

Items need to be in original package without any damage for exchange or return, 20% refurbished cost plus return shipping cost will be applied.

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act in the case of faulty to provide remedy.
